CHEOPS stands for CHaracterising ExOPlanet Satellite. It is a small photometric observatory which operates in a low Earth orbit to measure transits of exoplanets. See the «Executive Summary» for a short overview.
Most of the content of the menu items «News» and «Media & Outreach» is also available in German and French.
